Banks, States and soon… the streets ?

Numerous European  Heads of State believe the Euro crisis is all but solved and that the page has been turned. But debts are still here. However, their finance, i.e. its monetization by the ECB, has been relieved.

Yet, we should be lucid : this monetization only allowed us to win some extra time.

European States will now adopt austerity plans and vote golden rules so as to control their deficits. And that is perfect, if only this operation is carried out following social justice.

But careful : there are several places where youth is boiling, such as in Athens, Lisbon or Valencia.

These youngsters are petrified for their future has been confiscated. Moreover, it is not only studying youth that gets heated up in university protests, we are facing profound social unrest that opposes older and industrial generations and mobile and mobilised youngsters.

Youth, already qualified as « lost », will not accept an economy of catacombs or a dotted future.  While they should have been turning exclusively to the future, they are slaves of the past and they concomitantly have to face a more complex world.

The subjection of youth to the debts of the past generations will thus alter intergenerational  relations in ways that we foretell to be fateful. .

This may well be the message of this crises : we should reconsider the unthinkable, step out of our ideological and cultural reflexes and redefine together this country’s economic prosperity.

We need a legible and structural prosperity plan founded on entrepreneurship and collective kindness.

The sole issue is to canalise all our energy and confidence towards youth, to whom all national strength should we directed to so as to help them accept a sorry heritage that they cannot but accept under inventory benefit. .

For, when people feel powerless, the logic of crises, often leads to enragement first from the banks, the States and… followed by the streets.
